About Classic Tours
We often tell our guests that we aren’t really sure how Classic Tours came into being. As the owners of several other small businesses a lot of our spare time was spent enjoying the Hunter Valley wine region for ourselves. We both love a glass or two of great wine. Chris prefers whites, whilst Therese loves a great Shiraz. So it was that passion for the Hunter Region and a love of good wine and an opportunity to share that passion with locals and visitors that Classic Tours evolved.
Since 2022 we have shared the story of the spectacular Hunter Valley vineyards with hundreds of guests and assisted many groups to get their holidays started the right way with private transfers between Newcastle and Sydney’s cruise terminals and airport. We love our golf day groups and providing transfers for wedding parties. There’s nothing like a cruise in our convertible Mustang to brighten your day either!

Therese
Therese is your host and the driving force (literally!) behind Classic Tours. From phone inquiries to tour bookings, Therese will make sure that not only will you have an incredible day, but you’ll get there and back safely. She never gets tired of hearing her guests say to her “best wine tour ever!. When Therese isn’t driving minibuses that showcase the beautiful Hunter Valley vineyards to guests or conducting airport transfers and cruise ship transfers, she loves to garden, go bush-walking and play with her three German Shepherds.
Chris
The man for all things technical, Chris is the quiet achiever behind the scenes. From web development and promotions to mechanical repairs and maintenance, Chris ensures everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your day with your friends. When he isn’t up to his elbows in something mechanical or technical, he likes to cruise in his Mustang – after all, who wouldn’t?
